Being out in the open - surrounded by nature - can bring a sense of peace and calm - when life feels overwhelming walking side by side often makes it easier to share thoughts - memories and feelings that can sometimes be difficult to express when sitting face to face -
The simple act of putting one foot in front of the other while chatting with others who understand can be comforting
There is no pressure- no judgement - just a warm and supportive space where people can talk - listen - laugh - remember and reflect together
The fresh air - changing scenery and the gentle exercise can lift our spirits- ease loneliness-
Friendships are formed and shared as everyone does not have to walk their Bereavement journey alone
