Let's talk about the socks! My regular clients will probably have noticed (and some have commented on) my colourful range of socks! I don't often practice in shoes therefore my funky socks are always on display. I find colourful clothing brightens my mood, hence the colourful fleece in the second photo!

With the Easter holidays coming up I thought I'd let you know my availability. Need some relaxation or an old injury you're needing looked at? I got you!

Where to find me...

I'm in the same room as I was previously however the access has changed. I'm on the ground floor of Eildon Health and Fitness. Access is at the front of the building and the door is to the right of the fitness studio. You're in the right place if you find the waiting area in the third picture!

Today I was doing massage for guests at Airhouses outside Oxton here in the Scottish Borders. If you haven't been there yet, I highly recommend this wonderful spot! They have a Nordic sauna with the most beautiful view. The whole setting is idyllic 🧡
