Thanks to everyone for their understanding last week regarding rescheduled appointments, you all know it's something I rarely do, so know I really am unwell if I do.

I'm still feeling pretty awful. If anyone has an appointment this week that they would be willing to cancel please let me know. At the moment it would have to just be a cancellation unfortunately until your next appointment as there's just nowhere to reschedule to 🤦‍♀️.

I know a few of you are going on holiday but don't panic will still be OK. Just that if your appointment really isn't too important it may allow me to condense things down to nearer the end of the week. Hopefully giving me the chance to get better. Thanks 💕
