Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise which prevent you from attending your appointment. However, going forward the following cancellation policy will apply

48 Hours’ Notice

Please provide 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied if this is not possible.

No-Show Charges

Clients who fail to attend an appointment will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

Exceptions

Exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All January appointments will be Cancelled!

As soon as we know an official re opening date we will be in touch.

As you will all have heard with Tier 4 restrictions coming in we sadly again have to close the salon as of the 24th December.
All appointments after this date until Monday 18th January are unfortunately cancelled.
