If you arrive late, we will do our best to reschedule your appointment to the next available slot on the same day.

If we are unable to accommodate you on the same day because of your late arrival, your appointment will be treated as a missed appointment and the full cancellation fee (100% of the booked service) will apply.

Please also remember that missed appointments or appointments cancelled too late will be charged at 100% of the booked service, in line with our cancellation policy.

Unfortunately, we can no longer accept last-minute phone calls with excuses made simply to avoid the cancellation fee. Our time is reserved specifically for you, and a missed appointment often means another client has lost the opportunity to book that time slot.
