This isn’t a post I like to make as I feel it can put a negative twist on my page, but having had some cancellations and no shows recently I thought I’d post a little reminder regarding my cancellation policy 🧡

As a small business, my appointments are part of my income, so last-minute cancellations and no-shows can have a real impact on my earnings.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen, but unfortunately I can’t fill every appointment at short notice and sometimes I’m turning clients away, meaning last minute cancellations can mean others also miss out. My cancellation fees are in place to protect my time and my business, and they apply to everyone.
