Probably the most honest way to sum up Great North Run eve.

Thank you so much to everyone who came in yesterday. It was class hearing everyone’s stories, what they’re aiming for today and the reasons behind why they’re running.

Special shoutout to Sally, who’s running for St Benedict’s Hospice in Sunderland in memory of her brother ❤️

It's the final part of Grace's Meet the Team and apparently £1 million is all it would take for her to never turn up again. 💸

We also discovered where far too much of her money goes (noodles, according to Lauren 🍜😂) and, if she wasn't a hairdresser, she'd apparently be a vet.

Which is becoming a bit of a theme with this team… although working next door to a vets might have something to do with it. 😂
