She didn’t come to us wanting to look younger. She came to us wanting to feel her best on one very special day.. her daughters wedding 🤍

She simply wanted to look in the mirror on that day and feel like the best version of herself.

She’d never had aesthetics before, and with visible skin damage and volume loss (often caused by sun exposure and lifestyle factors such as smoking).. we knew this wasn’t a case of simply adding filler..

So we played the long game.

Dermal filler was used strategically to restore lost volume and support her natural features, while a course of Sculptra focused on something filler can’t do alone - improving the quality of the skin itself and stimulating her own collagen.

The difference? Just look🥹

No drastic transformation.
No chasing lines.
No trying to make her look 20 years younger.

Plot twist… when we checked underneath the lip, there was still filler sitting in the wet/dry border.

So rather than just adding more on top, we dissolved, let everything settle and started again. 🤍

Because sometimes the answer isn’t MORE filler… it’s a little reset first 🙌🏽

STRIPPING IT BACK…

She came to talk about her lips… but then said, “Something just doesn’t look right with my face.” 👀

She couldn’t quite put her finger on what it was.

On assessment, we could see previous filler (not our work) had started to overpower her natural features. Her cheeks appeared overfilled, her lips needed correcting, and the overall balance of her face had been lost.

So instead of adding more, we scaled everything back. 🤍

We dissolved where needed, allowed things to settle, then carefully rebuilt:

Not to change how she looks - but to restore proportion, structure and softness while letting her own features be the main character again.

Sometimes the best full-face transformation starts with taking filler away, not adding more.
