Our client wanted to go from a faded dark red/pink balayage to a bright, vibrant vivid colour. Before we even mixed a colour, we carried out an in-depth consultation, discussed her full hair history, and completed a strand test to ensure we could achieve the best possible result while setting realistic expectations.

To lift the existing colour safely, we used Bits 4 Hair Charcoal Lightener with 10 volume, working through the ends first before carefully lifting the roots. Throughout the process, we also used our FBR and Innolux to help protect and maintain the integrity of the hair.

Her hair lifted beautifully, giving us the perfect blank canvas for the fun part! We created a halo placement using Danger Jones Hustler on the top and Danger Jones Burnout underneath, creating a bold, vibrant contrast that we absolutely love.

The finished result is bright, healthy-looking, and full of personality—proof that with the right plan and the right products, amazing colour corrections are possible. 🩷🧡
