The sea 🌊
Loving the sound of it… the smell of the sea air, breathing it in, being still. ✨
I went into this part of the sea (not by the rocks though – that would be daft 😂) and didn’t last long, it was rough!
This was actually the calm before the storm hit…
Where’s your favourite place to breathe it all in? 💙
One more sleep to go and this might sound a bit extra 🙈 but I’ve got a full hair care plan packed for my holiday! ✨ Consistency and routine are everything – I love how my hair feels now, and I know it’s all down to taking action.
You can’t feel sad or unhappy about your hair if you don’t do anything about it! 💛
(And yes… my suitcase definitely has more toiletries than clothes 🤦♀️🤣)

Something you may not know!
I work on a farm, who’d have thought it!
It’s messy, dusty, dirty and grimy 🤷♀️ I’m not painting a pretty picture 🤦♀️🤣
But I love it ❤️
The outdoors can actually take a toll on hair health, just like it does on skin. Here are some negative impacts the outdoors can have on hair:
Environmental Factors
☀️ Sun exposure (UV damage): UV rays can weaken hair proteins (keratin), cause dryness, and fade color-treated hair.
💨 Wind: Can roughen the hair cuticle, leading to tangling, breakage, and frizz.
🥵 Humidity: Increases frizz and loss of style control due to swelling of the hair shaft.
🥶 Cold air: Strips moisture from the hair and scalp, leading to dryness, brittleness, and static.
🌧️Rain and pollution: Pollutants in rainwater and urban air can leave residue, weaken hair, and make it look dull.
