Pounder's Pump began with my local community. During this rehab I thought what better way to accomplish this than to spend it with my neighbours.
Utilising years of experience in the fitness industry, to benefit my rehabilitation of sciatica I thought what better way to keep myself inspired at the same time inspiring others with similar goals. I have been suffering with sciatica from the end of 2016 & at a time when I felt I was improving, to be told that I would require back surgery.
