WHY TAKING TIME OUT MATTERS

When you spend your working life looking after other people, it can be very easy to forget that you need looking after too.

Running 415, treating patients, teaching, learning and managing everything behind the scenes means life is usually pretty full.

Annual leave isn’t an indulgence.
It’s important but being constantly busy isn’t something I celebrate these days.

Rest from everyday gives us space to reset, reconnect and come back with more energy and the most productive thing you can do is simply stop for a while.

Im switching off in Ibiza for trance week with sunshine, music, good food, swimming, dancing and friends .

So for the next few days, I’m giving myself permission to properly enjoy my annual leave and I’ll see you all next week.

Thank you, as always, to my incredible patients for keeping 415 so busy and for allowing me to do a job that I genuinely love.

I’ll be back rested, recharged and ready for a very busy few months ahead.

As we age, lips can gradually lose volume, definition and structure, while the surrounding skin changes too.

For this lovely patient, the goal wasn’t an obvious transformation, it was subtle restoration.

Carefully placed filler helped bring back shape, soften some of that age-related volume loss and keep everything looking completely in proportion.

This is exactly the kind of work I adore doing! Mature lips definitely don’t need to look 20 again. They just need treating with a bit of respect 💛 ✨ 💉

I’m not in this business to promise anyone a dramatic transformation overnight, chase every new trend because TikTok says so, or cut corners just to be the cheapest option in the room.

What I will do is take my time, explain what I think will genuinely benefit you, use products and treatments I trust, and build a plan around your face, your skin and your long-term goals. Sometimes that means saying no. Sometimes it means recommending something completely different to what you came in asking for.
