Polynucleotides are one of my go-to treatments for delicate, thinning or crepey skin under the eyes because the aim isn’t to add volume. It’s to support the quality of the skin itself, helping it look smoother, fresher and better hydrated over time.

July is Hyperpigmentation & Melasma Awareness Month, so let’s talk about something I see in clinic all the time…

Melasma and hyperpigmentation can be incredibly frustrating because they’re not always quick or simple to treat ❌

Last weekend, I completed an Ironman swim!!

For me, it wasn’t about beating anyone else. It was about showing up, staying disciplined, trusting the process and finding resilience when things felt uncomfortable!

And the funny thing is, those are the same lessons that have helped me build my clinic ✨

Swimming, genuinely, makes me a calmer clinician. Looking after my health helps me look after my patients. Time with family and friends reminds me of why I work so, so hard - to a fault at times!

In clinic, I’ve never wanted to chase trends, followers or be the loudest voice in the room…

For me, it’s about people.

Listening properly!
Being honest!
Creating safe, natural results that help people feel like themselves again!

Success isn’t just about building the biggest business.
