These are my own nails the first picture is immediately after removal, no prep no tidying. Iv had Gels on extensions on my nails since they came out im talking continuously for about 15 years or so. There is little to no damage perfectly healthy nails of a 40 something year old who’s very heavy handed! We are all grown up enough now to understand nails 💅 don’t breathe 🫁. Now that being said continuous use of any products close to or on the skin can cause allergies down the line but generally with good products and techniques youre probably going to be fine

Second picture is after a thin application of builder gel (BIAB) to help protect and strengthen 💪🏼 my own nails plus make them look shiny and pretty.
