Can you see how different a positive aspiration can be? Left was done on one of my training courses & the other done today doing jaw filler & happened instantly! However the other which didnt draw back as much blood happened within seconds!

An educated safe practitioner will always aspirate before they inject to ensure the clients safety comes first. We must always aspirate before injecting as it makes it an extra safe technique to avoid filler being injected into a intravascular area.

If a positive aspiration was to occur, blood would appear in the bottom of the needle showing the injector to reposition before injecting again - This process involves the needle being changed.
