Just two weeks to go!!!

The summer before Liberty was diagnosed she had started to really get into Zumba, pretty incredible considering just weeks later we would find out the devastating news she had a 19.5cm tumour in her tibia that had burst through the bone into the surrounding tissue and muscle. Doctors couldn’t believe she was still walking, let alone dancing, swimming and all the sport she was doing, but that was Liberty!⁣

And no one loved to dance and party more than Libs, so we thought a Zumbathon would be the ideal choice for our next fundraising event, especially during Week!⁣

We’ve already had lots of bookings but there’s still places available and we are hoping many more of you will join us for a fabulous afternoon of fun and frolics - it’s sure to be an absolute blast, just the way Liberty would have wanted it!⁣

No previous experience whatsoever is needed - just shake your stuff, have a giggle with friends and make every move count, knowing you are raising money for a great cause! As a special fund of the Bone Cancer Research Trust, all money raised will be used for life saving research into Ewing Sarcoma, an aggressive form of primary bone cancer affecting mainly children and in particular teens. With no improvement to survival rates in nearly 40 years due to a lack of research, we need your help more than ever to make a change and improve these dismal statistics, as was Liberty’s last wish and give hope to patients in the future!⁣
