Following the government’s announcement, our nail salon will reopen tomorrow on Monday 13 July.

This is a great news for all of us and we have already received a lot of booking enquiries.

Your safety and the safety of our staff remain our top priority and we will strictly follow the government’s and the beauty industry’s guidance on safety measures.

We will operate an appointment-only booking system to minimise the number of people on the premises at any one time. Therefore we would be grateful if you could contact us in advance to make an appointment for your nail treatments.

To all our lovely clients,

We have missed being able to offer you treatments that we know you love and we are looking forward to seeing you again very soon.

Our priority is to keep you as safe as possible. To keep a healthy and safe environment for staff and clients prior to re-opening the salon, we have implemented a number of changes that have been made which we would like to make you aware of:

1. Please book before coming to the salon and arrive to your appointment on time. Your appointment will be cancelled if you are more than 10 minutes late.

2. Before entering the salon, all clients must wear a face mask.
(Face mask can be purchased at the salon if you don’t have one).

3. Please wash your hands upon entering the salon, before receiving any kind of treatments and refrain from touching your face or personal belongings.

4. Please come alone. No extras. (Unfortunately this includes children).

5. If you have any symptoms of coughing, sickness, difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, running nose, fever or have recently been exposed to someone who has the above symptoms, you must cancel your appointment and rebook at a later date. This is to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and other clients in the salon. (we reserve the right to refuse service to those who we think are putting staff and clients at risk).

We have increase the frequency of cleaning in the salon. we will be cleaning and disinfecting, workstations, arm rests, door handle, any other surfaces, tools and equipments that are touched during treatment.

This will be done after each client. We can confirm that our salon towels and uniform are washed at 60 degrees Celsius. All our disposable items are discard after each use.

Our staff understand the importance of hand hygiene and we will ensure that we wash our hands in according to the NHS recommendations before the start of your treatment. We will be putting in social distancing measures.

Where social distancing cannot be put in place a table shield and screen/barrier will be put in place between clients and staff.

We will try to make your visit as safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Please respect our new changes, this is to help make your visit to our salon safe, comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
