Botox relaxes the facial muscles by causing them to become temporarily inactive. The result will give a fresher, smoother look to the face. The most common areas injected are between the eyebrows, the forehead and the crowβs feet.
Results can usually be noticed around 3-5 days following the treatment and the full effect is usually achieved in 2 weeks. A follow up review may be needed 2 weeks later. The effects usually last 3-4 months.
