As my diary gets busier, I’d like to remind everyone of my booking policies to help keep appointments running smoothly for all clients.

These policies are in place to protect my time, my business, and to ensure appointment availability for all clients.

⚠️ CLIENT NOTICE ⚠️

I don’t like post stuff like this, but after experiencing multiple no-shows and cancellations this week, I feel it’s important to address it.

As many of you know, I currently require a £10 deposit to secure all lash and brow appointments. This deposit helps protect my time while remaining affordable for my clients.

When an appointment is missed or cancelled at the last minute, it’s not just an empty slot in my diary it’s lost income for my small business and a space that could have been offered to another client.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I will always try to be as accommodating as possible. However, the number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations has reached a point where I may need to review and increase my booking deposit policy if this continues.

Please remember that when you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for as much notice as possible.
