So on Sunday I am doing an Abseil to help raise money for The Knights Foundation. A fantastic charity that helps fchildren with disabilities, seriously ill children, and deprived children and their families.
I was supposed to do it last year but due to weather it was called off. Thank you to everyone who has donated so far.
