So, if you’re also following my Stories and my Strava. You’ll know I’ve been doing the nose breathing for a couple of weeks now since I met Kevin breatheolution 🤐🏃🏼‍♀️

The first run I only managed about two minutes, then four, and last night I did over two kilometres!!
I did 3km easy and 6km tempo💪🏻

TIPS:
You have to slow down.
Uphill is impossible (at the moment!)
The cooler/wetter it is the easier it is!

I have no problem at night, I have slept most nights ‘tapped up’.

Mascara TIPS you can save for later! 🥰

❤ Twist your wand against the tube as you pull it out. It keeps excess from coming out.
❤ Never pump your mascara, it makes it dry out!
❤ Wipe your wand off on a wash cloth every 2 or 3 weeks. Mascara brushes usually pull out more than you need (if you don’t twist), so with time it can build up.
❤ Make sure you replace your mascara every 3 months, even if you still have some in the tube. Mascara grows bacteria and germs🦠 3 months is the expiry date on any tube once opened.
❤️ Warm your tube up for a couple of minutes before using; between your hands or b***s, above the radiator, fire, etc, in the winter🔥
❤ Apply eyeliner to the top lash line to help your lashes appear more full.
❤ Skip eyeliner for a more natural look that will still show off your lashes.
❤ Find a good buildable mascara if you want your lashes huge! You can even try mixing your 2 favourite mascaras together!
❤ Try my Lash Primer and my Lash Serum… they can be a game changer!👀
