Many folks love the feeling of hot stones during a massage. It’s not all about the cosy sensation though, the heat helps muscles relax which eases tension and in turn reduces pain. Win win 👌

Great weekend doing annual bike ride with pals. East coast this year, Alnmouth to (almost) Edinburgh. Stunning views, big skies and lots of uphill/downhill fun. Legs resting today 🚴‍♀️😀
