365 days since I opened Studio 315…🥹🤍

Right now, I should be finishing up my International Business degree at the University of Strathclyde but instead I’m now 1 whole year into running my own salon🥹

I will literally never be able to get over the transformation that we made in this space. It is quite literally my pride and joy and every day I still can’t quite believe that I actually opened this place at 21 and funded it all myself🙏

I will forever shout from the rooftops that not going to University doesn’t mean you can’t be successful - and Studio 315 is my testimony to that✨

To everyone who has walked through our doors this past year, thank you. Thank you for all the laughs, cries, screams (usually from spiders), the many happy moments we’ve shared & everything else in-between 🤍

Late to the trend… as usual🤦‍♀️😂🤍 Often I find myself quite overwhelmed with self-employment. The long hours, the constant worrying about if I’ve missed anyone’s message in my never ending inbox, the pressure to be present on social media so my business isn’t forgotten, stressed that stock isn’t going to be delivered on time, worrying what the reason is that someone hasn’t rebooked (when it’s probably just because they don’t know what they’ve got on yet😂🤍) However, as much as I’m stressed pretty much 24/7 I love this job so much & little me would think I’m pretty cool🥹🩷🩷
