✨ Me last year would be in total awe of who I am now one year later ✨
A year ago today, I stepped onto a plane to nail tech community | membership | events Crete retreat ready to meet a bunch of strangers. The only thing in common we had was our job as nail techs, I didn’t know how much that trip would change me and my business but I was on my way and ready.
I came home with big dreams, strong beliefs and the confidence to start becoming the person I knew I always wanted to be.
The version of me sitting on that retreat would be so proud of the version of me writing this today. Not because everything is now perfect but because I kept going !!!!
One year can change everything when you decide to start showing up 👏🏼

Today I trained in, Usui Reiki Level 1 Healer ✨💜
I went into the day with an open mind and not really knowing what to expect but knowing that self healing is something I want to practice.
The biggest thing I took away from today for me was how strongly I could feel the energy. It’s so hard to explain, I’ve heard people talk about energy before but I’ve never personally worked with it.
The warmth, the sensations, the energy moving through my hands, its amazed me.
I really did think oh if I don’t feel anything I’ll just pretend I did, but omg I didn’t need to pretend at all. This is real 🪄🪄🪄🪄
Today gave me a chance to slow down, reconnect with myself and be fully present.
Tomorrow I begin my 21 day self-healing journey, I’m excited to see where it takes me and learn more about myself.
Donna you are an amazing teacher, guide and support. You amaze me, the gift that truly keeps on giving ⭐️ thank you for today ❤️🩹
