Looking at the uv index for the day can be the difference between that sun kisses glow or a drumstick lolly!
Remember the higher the number the higher the chance of sun damage!
Top up your spf every 2 hours if you are in direct sunlight! Don’t forget sun damage starts when your young but doesn’t show until your older!
