When your client says, “I want to look fresher, but I don’t want to go down the filler route…” ✨
Jodie talks us through this recent client transformation.
“This lovely lady was recommended to Skinstitute by two of our VIP clients.
The lady is in her 50’s and came to me with general ageing concerns, and during consultation focused on her ‘jowls’ and skin laxity on the lower third of the face, as well as static lines on the forehead.
She was very transparent that she didn’t follow a skincare routine and that she wasn’t good at following routines. Of course there was a non-negotiable product that I insisted she must immediately introduce into her routine ….SPF of course!
We spoke about her goals and she said to me, ‘I want to look fresher but I don’t want to go down the filler route’.
I decided to focus on a more intensive treatment and decided on combining two modalities, EndyMed RF Intensif layered with EndyMed FSR(fractional skin resurfacing)…Go Hard or go Home!
Firstly the Intensif. Why? RF microneedling not only remodels fresh collagen, elastin and improves skin texture, but the introduction of thermal heating from the RF was going to tighten the skin around the lower third of the face.
On top, we introduced FSR(my favourite) to address epidermal textural concerns, lines and wrinkles.
Her before image was taken on the 6th May, prior to treatment and the after was taken on the 25th August…I couldn’t get over what we had a achieved in this combo treatment, nor could the client!
The lower face(jawline) is more sculpted and the skin is more taught, the overall texture has improved and the static lines on the forehead have soften considerably.
Would the client benefit from further treatment(s)? Absolutely!
For the first time in years, the client is now committed and wants to keep going with treatments as she is not only delighted with the physical improvement of her skin but how it makes her feel.”
