π’ Are you a female who struggle to lose weight, Don't like the way you look in the mirror and hate the fact that you can't fit in the dress you've always wanted to?
π΅ I am not a woman, however I can relate, I have female family memebers that are going through the same issues.
π’When Heather started with me a couple of months ago, she was in a bad place with her weight and also her mental health, we discussed that her results wasn't going to be a quick fix, and she was happy with that as the aim was to educate her to life long changes.

When approaced me and explained what she was looking to achieve we worked out a plan to go through a lean bulk phase.
From what she wanted to achieve we had to add volume to her pull and push day to emphasize her back and dealts which from the images you can see we have achieved that.
π’The aim was to achieve all of this but keep as lean as possible and body fat as low as possible.
Since she started with me she improved 15-20% on all her lifts which is amazing IMO.
πPS no cardio in plan for the full phase only a step target.
π΅ To lean bulk you need to understand the principles of " Energy Balance " and to keep lean while calories increase you need to incorporate a working day, alongside rest day calorie target ππ½.

π’ From no Guidance to confidence!!!!!!!
π΅ My Client approache me 12 weeks ago wanting to be in the best shape he can be but thinks he has no guidance to get him there.
π’ We quickly established that nutrition and a proper training stimulus were the main causes of him not hitting his own targets.
π’ 12 weeks after he managed to do his first fitness shoot which I think he looks amazing in so well done ππΌ.
