What are you doing for you?

•Setting aside time for you isn't selfish, it's necessary.

•Pushing through isn't productive.

I've taken my own advice: I'm listening to my body, more movement needed, strength needed but not without boundaries and safety. Slow, steady and resting as required, plus regular self care scheduled in without guilt, or waiting to react to problems.

What are you doing for you? It doesn't need to be big and cost money. Fresh air, pause, beathe, permission to rest are some of the most important things we can do ♡
