We totally understand that sometimes plans change, but we need to stick to our cancellation policy for all appointments.

Any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment price.. this is also people who book through the app and cancel last minute , please read the policy before booking as you accept the terms when booking

When you book with us, that space is reserved especially for you and last-minute cancellations can be really difficult to fill.

We hate having to charge cancellation fees, but we have to protect our team’s time and wages too 🤍

I actually can’t believe I’m writing this.

10 years ago today I opened the doors to my first salon with absolutely no idea where it was all going to take me.

There have been so many highs, plenty of lows, stressful days, amazing days, tears, laughs, risks, mistakes, lessons and a LOT of hard work 😂

But 10 years later, we’re still here.

The salon has changed so much over the years, I’ve changed so much, and somehow what started as a little dream has turned into something I’m genuinely so proud of.

I’ve had amazing girls work alongside me, clients who have supported me for years, and people who have followed us through every move, every change and every new chapter.

To every single person who has booked an appointment, recommended us, shared a post, bought a voucher, worked with me or supported the salon in any way — thank you.

Small businesses don’t survive 10 years without loyal clients and an amazing team behind them.

And to my team, past and present, thank you for being part of the story 🤍
