​24-Hour Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment still incur a 50% fee.

​No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any notice or contact, 100% of the treatment cost is now payable.

​We love seeing you all, but as a small business, we unfortunately cannot sustain the lost time and income from unnotified no-shows.
