To keep our small business running smoothly, we are updating our policies:
24-Hour Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment still incur a 50% fee.
No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without any notice or contact, 100% of the treatment cost is now payable.
We love seeing you all, but as a small business, we unfortunately cannot sustain the lost time and income from unnotified no-shows.
Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support! ❤️
