Hi Everyone, this is Ryan- Danielle’s husband. I am writing on Danielle’s behalf.
As I am sure most of you know, she has been struggling with her mental health for some time now.
There has been a lot of difficult discussion, but between Danielle, myself, her family and professional help, we believe the only option is to permanently close the business with immediate effect. This is just one of the many difficult big changes that must be made, as she needs full time rest and recovery.
This difficult decision has not been taken lightly, but Danielle’s health has to come first. We hope you all understand. I am very sorry for all of you that have appointments booked and I will be in contact with you all individually.
Some of you know that this has been a long term battle for her, and she has struggled to juggle recovery, career, the business and her family, but ultimately this is the only option now.
She wants everyone to know how heartbroken she is that it has ended like this; and wants to thank each and every one of you for your support, friendship, and loyalty over the years, and she hopes to see you all again when she is better. x

Hi Everyone,

I’m really sad to let everyone know, but it’s just a wee message to let you know that from Monday 2nd August, I will no longer be working as a beautician.

All appointments that you have booked before this date, are STILL going ahead.

No new bookings will be taken between now and 2nd August.

I hope to be back at some point and hope this isn’t the end.

Thanks for all your support over the years & I hope to see you all after some respite.

Just a wee message to apologise in advance for:
-Any delayed replies,
-Me reading messages and not replying (which is a new thing I have found myself doing) 😂🙈
-Quite long waiting times for appointments etc.
-And any other annoying things I’m doing haha😂🤷🏼‍♀️

As some of you may know, I’ve taken on a new job in April just there which is full time and shifts (oh and I’ve taken overtime at work 😂👀🤷🏼‍♀️).
I’m doing my best to juggle my job & my appointments, family time, spend time with the dog, eat, sleep etc.

I am absolutely run down and totally ill just now.
I’ve done 3 Covid tests and they’re all negative, so I think this is just my body pushing back.

I’m doing my very very best to make sure I’m fulfilling your appointments (although I may not be the best chat just now, and am pretty snottery etc), but I’ll wear a mask if you’re happy to go ahead with appointments.
If you do want to look elsewhere for another beautician, I absolutely will not be offended and totally understand etc and just let me know.

I hope you’re all well & thank you for all your support with the business to date.
I’m soldiering on, but I think that’s maybe part of the problem?!
