A little personal note 🤍 I’ve always tried to be flexible and understanding with gift vouchers, often honouring them even after they’ve expired.
I hope that same understanding can go both ways. I work long days, and appointments from 6pm onwards carry a premium charge for my evening time.
Running a business on my own means balancing looking after you with looking after myself too. I do my best to accommodate everyone, but I can’t always meet every request, and that can feel overwhelming.
