Reminder of Terms and Conditions



- Beauty Lounge requires 48 hours’ notice to be given for any appointment cancellation/reschedule. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, we will have to deduct a treatment from your course or this will incur a loss of deposit.

- Pre-Paid Treatments such as laser hair removal, bulk treatments, vouchers, online vouchers and single treatments are non-refundable; However, these can be transferred to another individual or different treatment that’s suitable.

- Beauty Lounge can not guarantee that you will be treated by the same therapist at each appointment; However, we do strive to rebook you with the same laser specialist/Therapist so they can personally bring you through your journey.

- Special offers/Discounts are only valid during the time frame stated, these prices will not be held or changed for any other treatment.

- Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse treatment to any person who is not suited to the treatment or shows symptoms of unfit health.


This does not affect your statutory rights.
