I’ve just returned from an incredible trip to Sri Lanka, hosted by Glasglow Girls Club and organised by KT Luxury Travel, alongside a group of women I’d never met before.
And what an experience it was!
Different ages, backgrounds and life experiences, yet we discovered we had far more in common than we ever imagined. What began as a trip with strangers became new friendships, wonderful conversations and memories I’ll treasure.
It reminded me of something I believe more strongly with every passing year.
Getting older should never mean becoming less adventurous, less curious or less willing to step outside your comfort zone.
And in many ways, that’s the philosophy behind FTT.
I’ve spent almost two decades working in medical aesthetics, helping women navigate the physical changes that come with ageing. But I’ve always believed that ageing well is about so much more than looking younger.
It’s about feeling confident in yourself, embracing the stage of life you’re in and continuing to enjoy everything life has to offer.
We can’t stop time, and I wouldn’t want to. But we can look after ourselves, feel our best and make the most of every chapter.
