My feels for today, trying to bring my nervous system out of fight mode. Reconnecting and finding glimmers! Feel some fresh air on your face, take some gentle breaths, grab a doodle notepad, a fluffy blanket, a familiar feel-good movie, just glimmers, to soften heaviness and soothe, this is how I softened my start today and reminded myself what feels good for me, while enjoying the weather and fresh air in the garden.
