Foam Rolling 101: Calf & Ankle 🦵
Today, we’re showing you how to release tension in your calf and ankle using a foam roller.
A great tip is to flex and point your foot, then gently move your ankle side to side while rolling. This helps target the muscles from different angles and can help you get more out of the movement.
Remember to work at a comfortable pace and adjust the pressure to suit you.

Pilates Mistakes Vs Correct Form: The Cat Stretch 🐈⬛
In this series, we’ll be highlighting some of the most common mistakes we see in signature Pilates movements and how to correct them.
Today we are focusing on The Cat Stretch, things to remember:
• Knees directly under the pelvis
• Gently tucking the pelvis under
• Rolling through the full spine, one vertebra at a time
• Keeping your weight evenly distributed between the front and back of the body
Getting these foundations right can help you move more effectively and get the most out of the exercise.
