Sadly A dear lifelong friend of John passed away on Saturday and as a mark of respect the shop will be closed this Friday 2nd of May 2025.

Unfortunately we have a funeral to attend today so the salon will be closed.

We will be back open from tomorrow morning at 9.30 as usual.

Due to the red weather warning across the central belt of Scotland tomorrow we have taken the decision to shut the salon as it has been strongly advised to avoid travelling. Please see the link we have attached for more details.

John is 60 tomorrow 🎉🎉🎉🎂🎂🎂

The shop will be closed but we will be back at it on Wednesday. Business as usual ✂️

And we’re back in the salon baby and all ❤️🍼👶🏻✂️ so lovely to see some of our favourite faces today and looking forward to seeing more of you in the coming weeks!

We would advise everyone to get their appointments in early as we are running reduced hours at the moment and Christmas is fast approaching 🎅 which is our busiest time of all ✂️

After a crazy few months John and Nicola will finally be back in the salon from the 30th of October onwards between 9.30am and 1.30pm.

The salon will be closed this coming week so please leave a message on our answering machine if you would like an appointment or alternatively contact us via our JDH Facebook or instagram page and we will return messages and calls when we are back in the shop.
