Change of Working Hours – Client Message

Hi everyone 💕

I wanted to let you know that my working hours are changing from January. My new hours will be:

• Sunday/monday - CLOSED
• Tuesday -11am-8pm
• Wednesday- 9.30-6.30 Thursday 11am-8pm Friday 9.30-6.30 Saturday 9am-5pm

This change allows me to balance my work and personal commitments while still giving you the best service possible.
If your upcoming appointment is affected, I’ll contact you directly to rearrange.

Please note that all balances must be paid in full on the day of your appointment.
This ensures everything runs smoothly and appointments stay on schedule.

Payments can be made by cash, or bank transfer at your appointment.
Unpaid balances may result in future bookings being declined.

📅 A Little Note About My Booking System 💅

Hi everyone! 💕
I just wanted to explain how my diary works and why I will be only open appointments 8 weeks in advance from January.

If you have special dates in mind for weddings’ parties etc please send me a message in advance.

This system helps keep things running smoothly for both you and me! Opening my diary in shorter blocks means I can:
✨ Make sure my regular clients get their usual slots
✨ Reduce cancellations and no-shows from plans changing months ahead
✨ Keep flexibility for holidays, training, or unexpected life stuff
✨ Manage my workload better and avoid burnout, so I can keep giving you my best work every time 💖

I completely understand that everyone likes to be organised, and I really appreciate your understanding and support!
When each new block of dates opens, I’ll always post or announce it in advance so you’ve got plenty of notice to book.

October is fully booked. The booking app is not broken, it works completely fine, it’s just the space you may be looking for is already taken. Please put your appointments in with notice to avoid disappointment. 💞
