• Water and steam for 24 hours (no sauna, bath, swimming pool)
• Tanning beds and sunbathing for 24–48 hours
• Scrubs, acids, and peeling products in the brow area
• Oils and heavy creams on brows
• Rubbing brows or sleeping face down

To keep the effect longer:
• Brush brows daily with a clean spoolie
• Use a nourishing serum or keratin care
• Keep brows moisturised
• Avoid aggressive skincare around the brows
