So excited to announce that I have been accepted on a 2 week intensive Sound Therapy Healing training course, in Spain. From August I will be adding music and healing vibrations to my massages.

There's still a couple of places left on the Chakra Balancing & Yin Yoga Reset Retreat that I am co-facilitating from the 19th April - 24th April at the beautiful Akasha Wellness Retreat in Romania.

There will be twice daily yoga, meditation, delicious vegetarian/vegan cuisine, juices, hot tub, sauna, stunning views and, of course, massages from me! I am also hosting 3 workshops on chakra balancing.
