A place to relax, unwind and enjoy some me time. Hi there, just a quick intro on who I am to start us off. I need to do something for me and here it is.

I am a stay at home mum with 3 kids, a shift worker hubby and a dog. I love being a mum but have realised that I have lost myself. Over the years I have been on the odd course, I am now trying to pull them all together although some need a few tweaks. I would like to be able to add over time Reflexology.
