I’ll usually offer either a brown or a black liner during an appointment, but DID YOU KNOW? You can also opt for brown mascara and even brown lashes instead of black.
It gives a much softer look overall and can actually suit so many skin tones and hair colours better.
Such a good option if you love something a little more natural as it’s a softer alternative to black ✨️

Its a very rare occurrence you'll see me in a soft to full glam look these days, its not really the done thing for the everyday anymore, its not super practical and I dont go many places that require an hours long makeup sesh. However, there was a time... oh there was a time, where I would do this and more to jump to the shop for a pint of milk 😅

It was nice to revisit that kind of glam last weekend, and I said to myself at the start of 2026 that I would create more opportunities to get really dressed up because I honestly do love it, I love putting in the effort, adoring myself and piecing a whole look together - its probably why pinterest is my favourite app 🥰 (though I really shouldn't say that for the algorithm 👀)

I spent a lovely Friday evening at , thank you so much to Wendy from for having me, a fab space and such a welcoming group of women.

And a big thank you to my model Hayley from .co.uk for letting me demonstrate two looks. I loved sharing simple, realistic techniques that actually fit into busy womens/mums lives ✨

We focused on a quick everyday 15 minute glow up, then built it into a soft glam ready for girls night out - All simple, achievable techniques made for real life. Proving you don’t need loads of time (or steps) to feel put together but how important it is for you to take time for yourself.

My lovely client Katie was tired of filling in her brows every day and with her living abroad in a sunny climate, she wanted the freedom of not having to rely on makeup.

As a client of mine for many years, she trusted my opinion with this which I’m always so grateful for.
We chose combination brows, incorporating subtle hairstrokes through the front with powder shading through the body and tail to create definition.
Although Katie has fair hair and skin, she prefers her brows slightly darker, so we worked with a tone that still keeps everything looking soft and natural.

A subtle transformation, but one that will make everyday life a little easier 🫧
