🤎 A Little Update From Me 🤎

Firstly, I want to say a huge thank you to all of my wonderful clients for your continued support over the last 7 years. Your loyalty, recommendations, and ongoing bookings have helped my small business grow, and I truly appreciate every single one of you.

Unfortunately, over recent months I have experienced an increasing number of late cancellations and last-minute changes, which have had a significant impact on my business.

As a result, from now on a £10 deposit will be required for all bookings. Deposits will be deducted from your treatment cost but will be non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

For group bookings of 3 or more people, a £5 per person non-refundable booking fee will be required to secure your appointment. I have recently reserved multiple full days to accommodate larger bookings, resulting in other clients being turned away, only for these bookings to then be cancelled at short notice.

This is not a decision I have taken lightly, and I am sorry to have to introduce this policy. However, as a small business, I simply cannot continue to absorb the loss of income caused by late cancellations.
