Hey there! Time is crucial, especially in the world of hairdressing. To make your salon experience seamless, always aim to arrive on time for appointments. There is a waiting area at the front for those arriving early, This will ensure we have sufficient time for your personalized service, whether it's perfecting that gorgeous colour or creating a stunning Christmas hair up look. Punctuality is key to a smooth and enjoyable salon visit. I am fully booked and running to a tight schedule so lateness could result in having to cancel your appointment. Please note new Salon Policies going forward immediate as of October 1st. Everyone who is already booked in will be contacted and sent a link for deposits for securing bookings. 🤍

Salon Policies with immediate effect from October 1st
A Desposit of £20 will be required for all Colour appointments at the time of booking to Secure your appointment via a secure payment link. A £10 deposit will be required for all other appointments.
If your appointment is Cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment your deposit will be lost.
If you want to change your appointment with more than 24 hour notice the deposit will be transferred to new appointment.
Please give as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling.
Transfers will no longer be accepted as form of payment. Before leaving the salon you will be sent a secure payment link to pay your appointment with an admin fee of 3.5% added on to the Payment. Payment must be made before leaving the Salon. Cash payments are also still available as always with no admin fee
