I hate having to write posts like this, but after a few recent no-shows I need to protect my time and my business 🤍

When appointments are missed or cancelled last minute, it’s not just an empty slot — it’s lost time and income that could have been given to another client.

Going forward, I will now be taking a deposit on all colour appointments to secure bookings.

• Deposits will come off your final bill
• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or rearrange
• Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at 50% of the appointment cost before being able to rebook
• No-shows may be charged 100% of the appointment cost

I always try my best to be flexible and accommodate everyone, and I truly appreciate all of my loyal clients who respect my time 🫶🏼

This is something I’ve been working towards for a long time, and I honestly can’t wait to build my own business and welcome all of you along the journey with me 🫶🏼

I’ll now be working from Natural Beauty & Wellbeing every Wednesday & Thursday — and I’d LOVE to get these days filled up with all my amazing clients (and new faces too!) ✨

I’ll also still be at Blossom every Friday and the first Saturday of each month 💇🏼‍♀️
