How we Deliver Floatation therapy:-

At Float Fire Ice, we pride ourselves on offering a premium Floatation experience. Our private rooms are equipped with advanced flotation pods, designed for comfort and effectiveness. Each session begins with a briefing to ensure you're comfortable and informed. There is a waiver to be signed before using any of the facilities. Please bring own swimwear & towels for any FFI activities. Footwear and earbuds are provided, hairdryers & toilet facilities available for use within premises.
The pods are filled with a carefully balanced Epsom salt solution, maintained at body temperature for optimal relaxation. You can customise your experience with pod lid open or closed, optional ambient lighting or remain in full darkness, creating the perfect environment for your needs.

We have 3 rooms:
Our dark room has a single pod, single IR sauna, and chilled ice bath.
Our light room has a double pod, double IR sauna, and chilled ice bath, perfect for couples or friends to enjoy experience together!
HBOT or hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber room. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is used for many different things: help speed up and improve recovery from operations / illness; help reduce aging; for effective pain relief; to reduce inflammation; and many more benefits.

We have 2x separate Float Fire Ice rooms - 1x Double Room, which has a larger Float pod and IR sauna for couples or friends to enjoy together, along with a single person chilled ice bath, and
1x Single Room, which has a Float pod, IR sauna and chilled ice bath for one person use.
Our 3rd room offers a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber for one person use to improve recovery and healing.

Our Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy chamber is for one person use for faster recovery, accelerated self-healing.& improved well-being.

The Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is great to promote faster self healing by flooding the body with high levels of oxygen which can target areas of deficiency, stimulating the body's own internal healing mechanisms. You do need to step in and lie down in a soft shell tubular chamber for this therapy which is pressurised up to 1.4 ATA then ~95% oxygen is delivered via mask for duration of session 😀

The Float pods offer a unique experience to float weightlessly in Epsom salt-infused water at body temperature allowing all tension and pain to be eased.
The Fire & Ice contrast therapy helps alternate dilation and constriction of blood vessels to improve circulation systems in the body to help restore better health and wellness.
Combined, they provide many healing benefits as well as improved mental well-being. 🙂

Floatation therapy is a completely weightless experience allowing all tension to release. Float pods can be enclosed with light off to provide greater sensory deprivation. Awesome for body and mind. The Infrared light therapy sauna is combined with chilled ice bath for contrast therapy which alternates dilation and constriction of blood vessels, capillaries. etc. which helps improve the body's circulatory systems. All 3x combined helps give the mind and body a full retune 😁
