Can you believe we’re already talking about Christmas?! 🎄🤎

December is starting to fill up, so I just wanted to give everyone a little heads-up about my Christmas appointments.

For all December bookings, I’ll be taking a 50% deposit to secure your appointment. If you already have a December appointment booked, I’ll be in touch personally with a deposit link for 50% of your treatment total.

Your deposit will be taken off your treatment total when you come for your appointment.

Please make sure your deposit is paid by 30th November to keep your appointment. Any appointments without a deposit by then will unfortunately need to be released back into the diary for someone else to book.

A little reminder on cancellations: deposits are non-refundable, and I require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or in the event of a no-show, the deposit will be retained.

I really struggled last year with fitting everyone in during those final couple of weeks before Christmas, and unfortunately I can’t open any extra days or extend my December hours this year.

So please get organised early if you know you’ll want an appointment. 🤎

I genuinely don’t want to let anyone down, but once the diary is full, I really won’t have anywhere else to squeeze you in.

The darker nights and colder weather are the perfect excuse for a little self-care 🤎

Think heated massages, hot chocolates during your nail appointments and heated booties during your pedicure. Just a couple of hours to switch off and relax.

September onwards is always a busy time, especially as I also help Robyn with the Head Spa treatments, so appointments can fill up quickly.

I’m open until 10pm on Thursdays and Fridays, which are always popular for evening appointments after work.
