Due to increasing product and supply costs, there will be a small price increase of 10% starting from 1st April. This helps me continue providing high-quality products, treatments, and the best possible service for you all.

All appointments booked before 1st April will be honoured at the current prices.

Cancellation policy - unfortunately I’ve had quite a few minute last minute cancellations resulting in me not being able to fill the slot , i understand things come up but please give me more than a few hours notice other wise I will have to charge a 50% cancellation fee, this puts me in an uncomfortable position and I hate to have to do this

No shows - this is just damn right rude … I’m currently sat here waiting for a client that I’ve blocked out 1.5 hours of my time for who hasn’t even had the decency to let me know she wasn’t going to make it… this appointment could have gone to someone else…

Discounts - going forward , I can no longer offer friends discounts, including any Botox clients … this will now be charged at full price as it’s not only my products it’s my time too ❤️ unfortunately this has got out of hand through no fault of my own for being too kind and it is having a detrimental effect on my business 😔

Like I’ve said before clients become friends and I unfortunately cannot do this for everyone, this is my income not just a social hobby. This is how I pay my bills & put food in my children’s belly’s…

On another note- Thankyou so much to every single client who has and will hopefully continue to support me throughout this decision - I appreciate you ❤️

Ladies, I’m getting a lot of cancellations with very little notice… I am away for two weeks in February so if you need to cancel please try and give me more than 24 hours notice so I can try and fill it and re book you back in before I go as I’m filling up quickly when I’m home too

There are going to be a few changes going forward and unfortunately I am going to have to start charging a cancellation fee as this is my only income and how I pay my bills..

Going forward there will now be a

100% cancellation fee if it’s on the day
50% cancellation fee if it’s 24 hours before

I will also now be taking 50% deposit for B-Tox💉 bookings as this needs to be ordered and paid for each individual client.

This applies to family and friends too
