💪💃 ONE DAY… TWO VERY DIFFERENT WORKOUTS 💃💪

This is what I love about what I do! 💚

My Tuesday started at 7am, teaching Build Your Strength – Upper Body to my online ladies from my home studio. 💪

Weights out, focusing on building strength, maintaining muscle and helping us stay strong and capable as we get older.

Then fast forward to 6pm… and it was a completely different Debbie! 😂💃

Lights down, glow sticks out, music up and time for Clubbercise!

Two completely different ways of exercising, but both have such an important place in our health and wellbeing.

I’m a huge believer that fitness doesn’t have to look just one way.

We need strength.
We need cardio and movement.
We need to look after our bodies.

But we also need to ENJOY what we’re doing. ❤️

Some days I love picking up my weights and feeling strong… other days I just want great music, a room full of lovely ladies and a good dance!

And today I got both. 😂💪💃
