For the past 45 years, we have always avoided taking deposits.

However, this is no longer sustainable for our small business.

(I am currently working extra days/hours to accommodate everyone & unfortunately in the last 3 days alone i have lost the equivalent of £190 due to last minute cancellations!)

To protect our time and the availability of appointments for all clients, we now have to introduce a deposit policy.

50% Deposits will be taken for New Clients & Longer Appointments, they will be non refundable if cancelled within 48 hours. Deposits can be paid cash in salon or over the phone via card when booking the appointment.

We hope you understand that this decision hasn’t been made lightly, and we thank you for respecting our time as we do yours.

We look forward to welcoming you into the salon as always 🤍
