My client had previous lip filler but still felt like her borders weren’t as defined as she’d like. We matched her natural lip colour and restored the definition she felt she was missing 🙌🏽

I’ve had so many of you asking for a really natural lash lift to compliment your PMU or brow treatments, and it just felt like the perfect little addition to SCALPT.

A lash lift works with your own natural lashes, gently lifting and curling them to open up the eyes and give the appearance of longer, more defined lashes without extensions.

This month has been really grounding, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how I want my business to feel not just how it runs.

I’ve had some incredible conversations with clients, other artists and some genuinely inspiring people.

I’ve put myself in new rooms, learnt new skills, challenged myself and said yes to things that pushed me outside my comfort zone.

There are some really exciting things I’m working on and I’m continuing to create a space and experience that feels as good as the results I create. I’m so grateful to everyone who continues to be part of it 🤎

Such an incredible day yesterday at the League of Ladies WI Women’s Festival 🎉

My first ever stall 🥹 and I purposely didn’t fill it with evidence of what I do because I wanted conversation starters. I wanted people to stop and understand that semi permanent makeup is so much more than being “done in the morning” or labelled as a “vanity” treatment.

It’s the mental load lifted, the ability to leave the house and feel better, looking in the mirror and not focussing on something you don’t like about yourself, feeling more like you and owning that.

It helps you see yourself, stand a little taller and get back to living ❤️

I added little reminders to the back of my business cards so you don’t forget how much you matter and created a stand where people could come and openly talk to me, not just about booking a treatment but what makes them feel like them.

It was a really beautiful day and another huge reminder of why I do what I do ❤️

Truly grateful for every single person I spoke with yesterday, those who felt safe enough to share their stories with me, those who contributed to my board and those who supported and cheered me on. Thank you 🥹❤️

It’s funny how in my head I was about having pictures taken of myself all day, but looking back at them I do have some really lovely ones I’ll share with you soon ❤️

Sorry to burst your bubble 🫧 but not everyone gets an instantly perfect heal, no matter how good it looks straight after the treatment. Healed results are dependant on SO many factors but it’s worthwhile seeing how different treatments look at each stage.

Anyone can have a beautiful fresh result, but understanding how colour, skin, technique, definition and aftercare all affect the heal is a huge part of the healing process.

COMBINATION BROWS | 8 weeks healed
Colour, definition and softness was gorgeous, we just needed to redefine some of the strokes at the front and top up the shading in a couple of areas 😍

MICROBLADING | 9 months healed
Strokes are still giving the added definition needed through this sparse brow and you can see how much they’ve softened. Some areas have faded slightly which is expected but we don’t need to top up yet

OMBRE BROWS | 7 weeks healed
A lot of my clients are nervous about adding colour and definition to their brows for the first time so sometimes we start light and build on that in the perfecting session. In hindsight, we could’ve gone a little darker initially but I’d always rather have the option to add more than risk healing too dark. We adjusted the shade and added more definition at her perfecting session ✨

LIP BLUSH | 11 weeks healed
By now you can see why the perfecting session is so important. Everyone heals differently, so you can’t always predict exactly how the pigment will settle after the first session.

We absolutely nailed the colour with this one, but the outer edges retained more pigment, so you can see the colour really gripped here. The aim of the perfecting session was to balance this out and build the coverage through the rest of the lips so everything healed more evenly 🫶🏽

SCALP MICROPIGMENTATION | 2 weeks healed
